Change your sponsoring broker

Log into your TREC account by going to https://www.trec.texas.gov/

• Under "Change your license information and manage sponsorships"
  • select "Manage My Sponsorship"
  • click "Select"
• Under "Manage My Sponsorship (Sales) - Introduction" 
  • click "Next"
• To remove the current Broker from the your relationship list, click "Terminate" in the Actions column.
• To request a sponsoring broker, click "Request Sponsorship".
  • License Type: Real Estate Company
  • License #: 9011985
  • click "search"
• Step 2: select sponsor by checking the box next to the license number
• step 3: skip this step
• step 4: request
• click "next"
• then click "submit"

It will look like you're finished but at the bottom click next & submit.

Log in to your ABOR member portal by going to https://www.abor.com/landing/log-in

• Open the sidebar by clicking the 3 lines in the top left corner.
• Scroll down to 'subscriptions'
• Under the Austin MLS Section
  • Click details
• click 'Change Subscription’' 
• New Product Type: Designated REALTOR MLS
• Apply changes NOW

The following screen should say "Your license is tied to Summers, Jennifer.. blah blah blah..

• select the brokerage office and click next
• agree to the terms and click next
• Sign & select how you want to pay
• click next
• Enter payment details and you're done!
