MENTORSHIP
At Hoyden Brokerage, we are committed to your success. Joining a new brokerage means adapting to new systems, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance, safety, and growth. That’s where our mentorship program comes in—and why we charge a small fee for this invaluable service.
All agents are required to complete mentorship for their first six (6) transactions, excluding leases.
Scope of Mentorship:
- First three (3) buyer/purchase (resale) transactions.
- First three (3) listing/seller transactions.
